I sell these Schar pizza crusts in my store...had one last night as well. They are a great thing to keep in your pantry for Pizza Cravings. I also carry a very good pizza crust mix from Chebe. It is not only Gluten/Wheat free but also free of lactose, casein, yeast, soy, corn, rice, potato, peanuts, tree-nuts, and MSG! I wanted to try these since I like their other products but, like you, I was skeptical. Now I will definitely try them! GF pizza crusts tend to be small and expensive.
