We make most of our meals using naturally gluten free ingredients, but there are several gluten free products in our kitchen we just can’t go without. Here are five of our favorites (in no particular order):

  1. DeBoles Gluten Free Corn Spaghetti Style Pasta
  2. Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix (check out how we doctor this to make Gluten-Free Red Velvet Cupcakes and Lemon Poppyseed Cupcakes)
  3. Kinnikinnick KinniToos Chocolate Vanilla Sandwich Cookies (Just like Oreos!)
  4. Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  5. Kinnikinnick Cheese Tapioca Rice Bread (Makes excellent garlic bread to serve with the corn spaghetti)

Love the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip cookie mix. These cookies taste like the real thing!
