Rice Chex
In April General Mills modified the Rice Chex recipe to be gluten free. Rice Chex is great with milk for breakfast and on its own as an easy gluten-free snack on the go. I didn’t really eat a lot of cereal before going gluten free, but I actually really enjoy Rice Chex.
Snickers
Snickers is my favorite candy bar, and I was so excited to find out that it is also gluten free. I rarely indulged myself with Snickers before being diagnosed with celiac disease, but since being diagnosed, I allow myself a Snickers every now and again. It obviously can’t be part of an everyday diet, but it’s nice to know there’s something in the vending machine that I can have. In addition, Snickers is the perfect gluten-free Halloween candy! Just stick to the regular Snickers because some of the other types are not gluten free.

Yoplait
I love Yoplait—it’s the best-tasting yogurt out there (in my humble opinion). The gluten-free status of Yoplait is printed right on the cup, which is always reassuring. I enjoy having a cup of yogurt for lunch with some sliced almonds and raspberries, which is a nice way to include a substantial serving of fiber, protein, and calcium all in one dish.

Heinz Ketchup
As far as ketchup goes, I’m partial to Heinz, and luckily, Heinz Ketchup is gluten free. I enjoy it on Drew’s gluten-free burgers and with homemade oven fries, a recipe that Drew is currently perfecting and will post in the near future.
Jif Peanut Butter
Jif Peanut Butter is a childhood favorite of mine in addition to being a great source of gluten-free protein and unsaturated fat. I often have a little peanut butter with fruit to increase the amount of protein in my diet.
