Erik, finding quick-and-easy meals is very difficult for those with celiac disease. I am in the process of compiling a list of our favorite "fast foods" that we eat when we don't have the time (or foresight) to cook. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for it!

This is good to know; I was just diagnosed with Celiac, and I am really having a tough time finding ready-made foods that are guaranteed gluten-free. Most of the time I have to make from scratch.

I love Amy's Creamy (or maybe it is Chunky) Tomato Bisque. Excellent! Even my 12 year old likes it. I will have to give that Imagine Soup a try.

I just found out last week that Progresso has many GF soups available, but I yet to try them. The list I have are:

Chicken Corn Chowder
Lentil
Chicken & Rice
New England Clam Chowder
Sante Fe Chicken
Creamy Mushroom
