I wasn’t exactly crazy for crackers before going gluten free, but Nut-Thins have quickly become part of my regular diet. I stock up on them for regular snacking, and they’re an easy item for my family to have on hand when we eat together. I often substitute Nut-Thins for bread when eating tuna salad or lunch meat.
Cheddar Cheese Nut-Thins are my favorite guilty pleasure (they taste oddly similar to Cheetos), but they’re much healthier and on my diet. Everyone who has tried them (with or without celiac disease) has also become a Nut-Thin devotee. I eat them plain, with sliced cheddar cheese (only recommended for true cheese-lovers), or tuna salad for an extra kick. I also love Pecan Nut-Thins. They’re terrific with spreads and dips. In fact, a local chef served them on an antipasta platter at my recent gluten free wedding!

Hi bought these completely by accident and LOVED them. A few months after I bought them, my mom found out she had Celiac Disease. She LOVES crackers so I immediately got here some of these. Every flavor is good. I like to put tuna salad on them or just a slice of cheese or fruit.
