Chicago has a variety of restaurants that offer gluten-free meals. I particularly enjoy Bistro 110. The American-French cuisine is amazing, and the chefs are very knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food. In fact, they invited me to order what I wanted on the menu and said that they could make it gluten free, or they were willing to prepare something especially for me. I decided to indulge myself with a big, juicy Filet Mignon, which came with a delicious mix of grilled vegetables. The steak was perfectly done and exactly what I wanted. They also had a variety of gluten-free deserts, including crème brulee, chocolate mousse, and sorbet. I have eaten at Bistro 110 several times and the service is always good, and the drinks are fantastic. I also like the quaint, bistro ambiance. It is a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it, especially on special occasions.
