It sounds like you may have gluten intolerance or perhaps a form of celiac disease that doesn&#039;t present itself in standard testing (I&#039;m just hypothesizing—I&#039;m not a doctor). Crystal was also misdiagnosed for years with IBS, and she suffered from chronic sinus infections and skin irritations. While she did test positive for celiac disease, it sounds like the gluten-free diet gives you both similar results. Kudos to you for finding a diet that keeps you feeling healthy!</description>

		<description>For me there have been other benefits with the GF diet too.  I have tested negative for Celiac but I have many of the painfull cramping issues you describe above when I eat wheat so I stay away from it.  Gluten-free options are safe for me.  

I&#039;ve been on the diet for at least 3 years now and I&#039;ve noticed that in addition to getting rid of my stomach problems (the doctors called it IBS) I also don&#039;t get migraines, yeast infections or eczema anymore.  It&#039;s been great.</description>
